Cabinet Painting & Refinishing on Florida's Gulf Coast

Refinishing lets you keep the solid boxes and custom millwork already built into your kitchen and give them a finish new stock cabinetry rarely matches. At Ryler ProMax Solutions we disassemble, degrease, sand, prime, and spray your cabinets with durable enamel — laid down in thin, even coats so the surface reads as furniture, not as paint. When the doors themselves are damaged or dated, we reface instead: new doors and drawer fronts on the boxes you already own.

Our Process

How we do it

01

Disassemble & label

Doors, drawers, and hardware are removed and labeled so everything goes back exactly where it belongs.

02

Degrease, sand & prime

We clean off years of kitchen grease, scuff-sand every surface, and apply a bonding primer built to grip.

03

Spray the finish

Cabinet-grade enamel is sprayed in thin, even coats with our Graco system for a smooth, durable, brush-mark-free result.

04

Reassemble & review

Doors and drawers are rehung, aligned, and walked with you before we call the project done.

Common Questions

Cabinet Painting & Refinishing FAQs

How much does cabinet painting cost?

It depends on your kitchen — the number of doors, drawers, and boxes, the current finish, and the prep required — and pricing changes as material costs do. The best way to get an accurate, current number is a free on-site visit. Call (941) 315-4043 for a custom quote.

How long does cabinet painting take?

Most kitchens are completed in 3–5 days. We remove doors and drawers, spray them in controlled conditions, and reinstall once fully cured.

What is the difference between refinishing and refacing my cabinets?

Refinishing keeps your existing doors and drawer fronts and gives them a new sprayed finish — the right call when the boxes and doors are sound and you want a different colour. Refacing replaces the doors and drawer fronts while keeping the boxes, which makes sense when the doors are damaged, warped, or the style is dated. We do both. When we look at your kitchen we will tell you which one it actually needs, including when refinishing is the cheaper answer.

Will the finish hold up in a kitchen?

Yes. We use bonding primer and sprayed cabinet-grade enamel from Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore, built for daily-use surfaces and easy cleaning.

Can you paint over already-painted or stained cabinets?

Yes — proper cleaning, sanding, and priming let us refinish previously painted, stained, or thermofoil cabinets with a smooth new color.
