What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit the free-estimate form, that is your first and last name, phone number, email address, and — if you fill them in — your city or neighborhood, the service you're interested in, your preferred contact method, the best time to reach you, and any project details you write in the message field.

Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) as part of delivering the site securely. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.

What we do with it

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you hire us to do. That includes contacting you by phone, text, or email about your project.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Who else sees it

Your estimate request is delivered to us by email through Resend, our email delivery provider, and stored in our business email inbox. If your project involves a subcontractor or supplier, we may share only the details necessary to complete the work — never your full contact record for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Analytics and cookies

We measure how the site is used so we can improve it. We use two tools. Ahrefs Web Analytics is cookieless — it counts page views without setting cookies or identifying you. Google Analytics 4 is configured with IP anonymization and with ad personalization and Google signals switched off; it does set its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart, and you can block or clear them in your browser at any time without losing access to anything on this site.

We record simple events for things like submitting the estimate form or tapping our phone number, so we can tell which pages and services actually help homeowners reach us. These events are counts, not recordings — they carry no message content and nothing that identifies you personally.

We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting, or session recording, and we do not sell or share analytics data for advertising. We will update this page before changing any of that.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests stay in our business email and project records for as long as we may reasonably need them — typically the life of the customer relationship plus any period required for warranty, tax, or legal recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us at info@rylerpromaxsolutions.com or call (941) 315-4043 and we'll take care of it. Florida residents and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.

If you receive text messages from us about your project, you can reply STOP to end them.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect, keep it in a small number of business systems, and restrict access to the people working on your project.

Children

This site is intended for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information — for example, if we add a customer management system or a new measurement tool — we'll update this page and change the date above.
