Exterior Painting & Stucco Repair on Florida's Gulf Coast

Florida's sun, salt air, and humidity are hard on exterior finishes — and on the stucco underneath them. We pressure-wash, repair cracked and damaged stucco, prime, and coat your home's exterior — walls, trim, doors, lanais, and pool cages — with UV- and moisture-resistant systems built to last on the Gulf Coast.

Walkthroughs

See the finish move

A still photograph flatters a finish; a slow pass across it does not. Every clip below is silent, and nothing downloads until you press play.

  • Exterior handrail stained in mahogany

An exterior stair handrail finished in a warm mahogany stain over a white-painted balustrade — outdoor wood carrying a stain finish through Florida sun and rain.

  • Terrace at sunset

Sunset across the water from a finished waterfront terrace on Florida's Gulf Coast.

  • Infinity pool terrace

Infinity pool and terrace overlooking the water at a Gulf Coast property.

  • Deck handrail taking stain

A deck handrail carrying a fresh coat of mahogany stain over hand-painted white balusters, masked at the joint so the two finishes meet clean.

  • Exterior siding and louvre detail

Lap siding and a louvred skirt vent coated in the same tone, the slats cut in by hand so the shadow lines stay crisp.

Common Questions

Exterior Painting FAQs

Do you repair stucco, or only paint it?

Both — repair is part of the prep. Cracked, chipped, and damaged stucco is cut out, patched, and sealed before anything is primed or coated, because paint over a live crack fails in a season. What we do not do is install new stucco or re-stucco a house; for that you want a stucco contractor. Our job is to make the stucco sound, then finish it properly.

What kind of paint is best for stucco in Florida?

A high-quality acrylic (often elastomeric on stucco) that flexes with the surface and resists UV, mildew, and moisture is the right system for the Gulf Coast.

How often should you repaint a house exterior in Florida?

Because of the intense sun, humidity, and salt air, Florida exteriors typically need repainting every 5–10 years — stucco on the longer end with quality coatings and prep.

Do you pressure wash before painting?

Yes — a thorough pressure wash and proper prep is essential for adhesion and is included in our exterior process.
